The Pokémon Trading Card Game is expanding once again with the Battle Region subset. This expansion pack features new Pokemon from the Sword & Shield video game, as well as old favorites. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just starting out, this expansion has something for everyone. So get ready to do battle!
Pokemon TCG: Battle Region was released in Japan on February 25, 2022. Each booster pack contains six cards. The subset features several Pokémon that made their debut in the core series title Pokémon Legends: Arceus, such as Wyrdeer, Kleavor, and Hisuian regional forms, in addition to supporting characters from the game Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus
is a video game for the Nintendo Switch that was released in Japan. The game is based on the anime movie of the same name and features characters such as Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and Kyurem.
The game introduces Pokemon Old and New, but in forms we have never seen before. The Region takes place in the Hisui Region, it refers to Sinnoh as Hisui was known during discovery and settlement, in a historical period set prior to Generation IV.
Taking center stage are familiar starters from different generations Rowlet (GEN VII), Cyndaquil (GEN II), and Oshawott (GEN V) geared with NEW Hisuan forms.
With an all new overworld interface taking inspiration from Nintendo's other popular games such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the wild. Pokemon Legends: Arceus is truly a sight to behold.
The game also features New evolutions from Scyther to Kleavor, Ursaring to Ursaluna, Stantler to Wyrdeer and so much more. If you want a new open world Pokemon experience to trigger your nostalgia then you wouldn't miss out on this.
