Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following would apply:
- Unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping or postage cost(s).
- Proof of purchase is required.
- We do not provide returns or refund(s) if you simply change your mind.
- Please contact our team prior to sending your item(s) to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also review your return with all considerations and fairness then notify you of the result.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a number of days depending on the processing times of your financial institution.
